Last time was maid, this time is nurse =D
Although last week’s Maria+Holic was just a little bit disappointing, this week’s grabbed me right off the bat. Showing me Mariya in a nurse uniform within the first 5 seconds made me pay attention straight away! Being able to see Nurse Mariya and Matsurika right at the beginning of the episode pleased me very much~ Mariya’s poses while wearing the nurse uniform are great XD

In fact Kuma-tan Sensei and that other random girl with the blank eyes whose name I can’t remember seemed to be sparkling a lot this episode. I just realised they have the same eye colour!! Also, the puns about God were really good! Especially the one about God averting the surstromming disaster =D

I don’t mind it when they animation suddenly switches to shoujo manga style. Except usually in shoujo manga the sparkles happen when there is a bishounen, and in Maria+Holic all the bishoujos get sparkles instead! It must be because of Kanako’s yuri effect. I don’t like Kanako’s face in shoujo manga style though – it looks rather strange…

- Chibi Matsurika strikes again!
I only just realised (at the 5th episode!!) that each episode is split into two parts with a title page thing in between, like Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. I’m not sure if these are each separate chapters from the manga (Zetsubou Sensei was I think). In this episode the first part was about Kanako becoming the class representative, and the second part was about God’s inspections and the UMA. The second part was alot funnier than the first one.

This scene was the best! I just love Mariya’s voice and obviously his choice of secret passwords is very suitable~ The omake was great too, though I have no idea why stalking would make guys become closer and make girls drift further apart…
I’m looking forward to next episode because of what I saw on Sankaku Complex again! Miku and Oppaiz! I must be very slow if I’m blogging this when the next episode is already out T__T
On a side note, I was using the old wordpress.com blog to point here in case anyone still tried to visit it, however it only gets about 1 or 2 visits a day now so I deleted it – just in case you cared.
