Shigofumi might be able to pass off as a mahou shoujo anime. All it's missing are henshin scenes!

I’ve finally managed to finish watching Shigofumi after having it sitting on my hard drive for about a year. Overall I thought it wasn’t too bad, though I seem to think that about alot of animes I watch… I quite liked how lighthearted it was, well as lighthearted as an anime about delivering letters from dead people can be!
